Friday, Aug. 13, 2010 the GBHS Bronco Band will hold our ninth annual March-A-Thon to raise money for the band program. This annual event helps raise funds to support our band program with music and clinicians. The March-A-Thon will run from 6 pm to 9:30 pm on the BHS track, weather permitting. Otherwise, it will be in the school.
The students will divide up into teams of 4 and each student is encouraged to raise at least $50.00. The students will collect donations for the number of laps they will march. Prizes will be given for the most money raised, the best marchers, the most laps, and the best costumes. All monies are due prior to the start of the event. Cash or checks are accepted and please make changes payable to BHS Band.
Your support of the BHS Band is greatly appreciated and goes a long way to pay for the many necessary items to run the band program. The generous donations from family and friends allow band students the opportunity to perform to the best of their abilities. Thank you for your continued support.

I hope this website will be a good vehicle for showing our support and helping encourage the marching band to strive for excellence and mostly to show how much fun marching band can be.
